Once you have booked an appointment, they keep you updated with the estimated arrival time. Also, you get sent a link to see exactly where your engineer is. Stephen was very polite, listened to my issue and fixed the microwave no problem. Overall great service!
Very quick and effective service. My 7 year old washing machine had a faulty valve and the technician had the part in the van, so changed it in the moment and problem solved. The technician kindly answered some random questions I had about how to look after as well. Paid by card which it was useful.
Made an online booking at 0810am. Confirmation 10 minutes later. Phone call & text message advising Ross would be round 09.20am traffic permitting. Called as advised and problem solved within 30 minutes. Excellent service!
The experience of using Lothian Domestic Appliances from start to finish was very positive. I liked the online booking system, the confirmation of the job, the updates/reminders and the live tracking feature.
Absolutely brilliant customer service from start too finish
Very quick to come round when my cooker broke down. Unfortunately getting the new part took a bit longer before it was repaired. Very good at keeping me informed of progress and a very reasonable price for repair. Staff were very polite and pleasant.
