Scott, our engineer, arrived on time and explained in detail, showing us the repair he was carrying out, a replacement fan oven heating element. He was friendly and even went the extra mile to show us the possible source of a problem on our dishwasher. He was friendly and professional to a fault.
Slight hiccup initially with trying to book visit online due to website issue however quick response to email sent regarding this and issue resolved. Booking then easy & made for start of the week but they texted to say cancellation slot available the next day. Text/ email received advising when technician due to arrive.
What a fantastic service from booking the engineer visit and then getting the repair done the engineer was first class would definately recommend this company

Lothian Domestics were extremely prompt in organising a visit to repair my tumble drier. The company kept me fully up to date about his arrival. Steven, the engineer, was excellent (friendly, polite and knowledgeable) He was extremely thorough in both fixing the initial problem and a subsequent problem he detected when checking the machine.
Great service Paul was very professional and arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the problem. Al done in 20 min, great service and very happy. Will definitely be my first option in future Many thanks BobSki
