The technician arrived less than 3 hours after filling in online form and this was 22nd December. A control board had failed on my fridge freezer which was crammed with food for Christmas. He had one in his van which meant the job was completed before the fridge or freezer heated up. A life-saver!

Very quick to come round when my cooker broke down. Unfortunately getting the new part took a bit longer before it was repaired. Very good at keeping me informed of progress and a very reasonable price for repair. Staff were very polite and pleasant.

Arrived on time and diagnosed problem quickly. Paul was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and tidy. A real lifesaver as the oven broke down on 23rd December, so Christmas dinner is on again.

Slight hiccup initially with trying to book visit online due to website issue however quick response to email sent regarding this and issue resolved. Booking then easy & made for start of the week but they texted to say cancellation slot available the next day. Text/ email received advising when technician due to arrive.

This is the second time I have used these folks. Such excellent service! I got a text reminder the day before, then ten minutes before I got a call letting me know Paul was on his way. He was able to fix what was broken in no time and I was back up and running. Paul was delightful and I cannot thank him enough for sorting my washer dryer out so quick.
