I logged a problem with my Samsung washer/dryer on the Samsung website. I was then directed to my authorised repair company Lothian Domestics. I had to give them some more information about the problem via a chat box. Very easy to do. On the appointment day, great communications from the company via text and calls to let me know they were on their way to me.

Once I'd jumped through Samsung's hoops, dealing with this company was quick, simple and easy. Immediately got an appointment within the week and then was notified that a cancellation meant I could bring it forward, which I did. Less time without the washing machine was very much appreciated. Steven, the engineer who came out to see me was polite, efficient and personable.
