I requested a callout at 8.30 am and the engineer, Ross, arrived before 1pm the same say. Ross was very courteous and efficient. He explained the problem, and gave me an honest explanation for the next step. Thank you very much for a speedy and efficient service. I would recommend using this company, and would use again.

My repairs were carried out swiftly and efficiently. It was helpful that the engineer had the correct parts with him at the time of the visit to repair my machine. A pre-visit phone call during which the engineer diagnosed the most likely fault assisted in this process. All in all I am very happy with the work that was carried out and my tumble dryer is now performing exactly as it should again.
Scott was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed our washing machine pump quickly and once done explained what the issue was clearly. Payment was simple as I was able to tap my card.
