Ross was great—arrived right on time, was friendly, explained everything clearly, and was honest about what could be fixed and what couldn’t (it’s an old fridge)! Would highly recommend!
Ross was helpful done all the checks on the fridge/freezer her could even though the noise fridge was making bever made the noise when he arrived typically but the was patient and tried and checked everything and gave advice if I keep having same issues what to look out for etc .

My engineer, Scott, has just left after installing a washing machine for me. There was a machine already in place, which he removed. The installation was a bit tricky due to things beyond my knowledge (!), but Scott persevered and has left the new machine now working perfectly! Booking was super easy via their website and I was kept notified about the time of visit etc.
Really positive service. Used twice now for Samsung Washing Machine warranty repair and twice for out of Samsung Dryer warranty repair. Fast, efficient and friendly. Came with the parts required, cleaned up after themselves. Can't recommend enough.
