Excellent communication and use of mobile communication to book an engineer and kept informed on when they would be at my home. The engineer was polite, friendly and did his job, keeping me informed of what was happening and what can expect. Excellent service and I’d highly recommend.
Amazing service… my oven broke on Tuesday evening and was fixed by Wednesday lunchtime. No hassle booking or paying. And much cheaper than a new oven!
Excellent service. I received a text and auto call from Lothian Domestic 20mins before arrival time. Ross arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very polite and courteous, asked a few questions about the issue and knew what was the problem was and how to fix it. Luckily he had the spare part in his van and replaced it.
After explaining the problem with the washing machine to Ross the engineer he set about his task. Find and fixing the problem. Ross was polite and courteous. He explained the problem clearly. I would highly recommend Lothian Domestic in the future.
The complete booking service was fast and accurate, including the update messages. Paul, the engineer, arrived exactly when anticipated and was highly professional in his approach to our problem washing machine. (I an a fully qualified engineer so I feel able to appreciate these things). Paul diagnosed the problem quickly and had the required part in his van, which was ideal.
