Fast, easy process with great comms throughout. Had a text from the company giving me an ETA a short time before arrival. Engineer Paul was polite, friendly, and fixed the issue with my Samsung oven in about 20 mins. Seamless process from first reporting the issue to Samsung to job being complete 5 days later.
Efficient service, everything runs very smoothly from booking to an engineer arriving etc. Great online system, texts, emails regarding the booking, and a phone call/text updating when engineer will arrive on the day.
