(I an a fully qualified engineer so I feel able to appreciate these things). Paul diagnosed the problem quickly and had the required part in his van, which was ideal.

My washing machine had stopped spinning so I contacted Lothian Domestics Ltd to see if it could be repaired. Paul came to have a look and replaced the brushes. It is now as good as new and I don’t have to fork out for a new machine.Paul was lovely and talked me through the problem and price to repair it.

Stephen, the engineer that attended today did a fantastic job. He arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He explained in detail what the job would entail to fix my machine and carried out the work with great expertise. My washing machine now works perfectly. He tested the machine prior to leaving and explained exactly what had been repaired.
