Easy process to book. Allows for earliest date and specific date bookings which was handy. We went earliest and, after 24hrs we got a message to bring it forward by a couple of days which suited us perfectly. On the day i was kept up to date, provided a 2hr time slot then, before the technicians arrival, given a text to say they'd be within 20 mins.
Engineer ( Paul) was pleasant and efficient. Microwave fault diagnosed, part ordered and repair carried out within four working days. Was kept updated on whole process.
They were so helpful in all aspects,very polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend then to everyone. Thank you.
