Contacted Lothian Domestics Ltd to repair my 2 year old Samsung fridge/freezer and the service from that first contact until the fix was completed was of the highest standard.
A visit on a Saturday, given . Info as to when the engineer would arrive, professional, friendly service. Very impressed
Engineer arrived within five time scale. Checked over machine and quickly found the issue which he then replaced the affected parts. Throughout the visit the engineer was professional while offering polite conversation. Really pleased with the service provided by Lothian Domestics Ltd.
The engineer (Paul) arrived on time. He checked the oven and explained what work needed to be fine. He had the replacement part in the van. Paul was polite, efficient and professional. Having made the booking the day before online I was really pleased to have the oven fixed and functional the next day!
