Same day visit, with advanced notice of 2 hour slot, and notification 15 mins before arrival. Quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and tested the machine. Very happy to recommend.
Washing machine was up and running in no time and the service was great and the gentleman that came in was great very friendly and chatty I didn’t pay anything as it was a fault with the washing machine and was under 1 year old

Made appointment online. I chose an Friday appointment. I received a reminder the evening before and a text message to confirm the arrival time of the engineer (Scott). Unfortunately Scott did not have the required part but I was able to make an appointment for the following week. I chose to be informed if an earlier slot became available, which it did.
