I am a repeat customer with Lothian Domestics. This is the third time I have used their service over the past one year and as always very quick and efficient. Their staff are friendly and explain the repairs and costs in detail and this job got done very quickly, despite the fact that replacement parts had to be ordered.
This is the second time I have used these folks. Such excellent service! I got a text reminder the day before, then ten minutes before I got a call letting me know Paul was on his way. He was able to fix what was broken in no time and I was back up and running. Paul was delightful and I cannot thank him enough for sorting my washer dryer out so quick.
My Combi Microwave door wouldn't open. The repair man (Paul) from Lothian Domestics arrived within the promised time. He was smart, well-mannered, efficient and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. No components needed this time so I paid the flat rate fee by card.
Always have excellent service from Lothian domestics: been using them for years. The booking is immediate and seamless, and the communication is excellent - the option to track the engineer’s arrival is really helpful. The engineers are always knowledgeable and helpful too.
Slight hiccup initially with trying to book visit online due to website issue however quick response to email sent regarding this and issue resolved. Booking then easy & made for start of the week but they texted to say cancellation slot available the next day. Text/ email received advising when technician due to arrive.
From start to finish we feel this company did everything we could have hoped for as far as a repair company is concerned. They let me know when they'd arrive. Which they kept to. Were pleasant to deal with, left no mess in general the engineer Steven is a credit to the company. Thank you for fixing our washing machine.
