Would highly recommend Lothian Domestics. Great communication from booking appointment up to arrival - text from engineer to say he was 20 mins away was very helpful. Engineer diagnosed problem quickly and gave me a breakdown of repair costs. Engineer also had replacement parts with him , so repair was carried out quickly with no need for return visit.

The engineer (Paul) arrived on time. He checked the oven and explained what work needed to be fine. He had the replacement part in the van. Paul was polite, efficient and professional. Having made the booking the day before online I was really pleased to have the oven fixed and functional the next day!

Slight hiccup initially with trying to book visit online due to website issue however quick response to email sent regarding this and issue resolved. Booking then easy & made for start of the week but they texted to say cancellation slot available the next day. Text/ email received advising when technician due to arrive.
