First class , the engineer arrived on time Tested the machine, found the problem which was then repaired. He then cleaned everything up .

Made appointment online. I chose an Friday appointment. I received a reminder the evening before and a text message to confirm the arrival time of the engineer (Scott). Unfortunately Scott did not have the required part but I was able to make an appointment for the following week. I chose to be informed if an earlier slot became available, which it did.
Received text advising appointment time, Ross arrived promptly, advised on repair options for our Samsung fridge / freezer then carried out repairs very efficiently. Would certainly recommend.
