This is the 2nd time I've used Lothian Domestics to fix my washing machine, separate issues. They are prompt and keep you in the loop as to when they'll arrive. Paul, diagnosed the issue straight away and repaired it there and then. He saved me £100's on a new washing machine.

I contacted Lothian Domestics on 21st July due to an issue with our washing machine. The online booking system was easy to use and I was able to get an appointment for 22nd July. Communication was excellent and I was kept informed of the likely arrival of the engineer. When he was on his way I received both a text message and a phone call.
