Would highly recommend Lothian Domestics. Great communication from booking appointment up to arrival - text from engineer to say he was 20 mins away was very helpful. Engineer diagnosed problem quickly and gave me a breakdown of repair costs. Engineer also had replacement parts with him , so repair was carried out quickly with no need for return visit.
Fast, efficient and super friendly. Engineer was sent out very quickly after enquiry was made. Washing machine was fixed and back up and running.
Lothian Domestics were extremely prompt in organising a visit to repair my tumble drier. The company kept me fully up to date about his arrival. Steven, the engineer, was excellent (friendly, polite and knowledgeable) He was extremely thorough in both fixing the initial problem and a subsequent problem he detected when checking the machine.

Ross attended to repair my faulty washing machine. Within 5 minutes he had diagnosed the problem (corroded wire that had snapped, preventing the intake valve from working), repaired it and tested the machine. Very professional and quick.
