The tradesman was on time, explained the problem and process. He was polite and efficient at fixing the issue. I really liked the pricing system when he needed to visits to diagnose the problem and then return with a part.

My repairs were carried out swiftly and efficiently. It was helpful that the engineer had the correct parts with him at the time of the visit to repair my machine. A pre-visit phone call during which the engineer diagnosed the most likely fault assisted in this process. All in all I am very happy with the work that was carried out and my tumble dryer is now performing exactly as it should again.
Easy booking, quick fix, great service! Booking process was super easy on the website, transparent pricing, and good updates via text on status. Engineer Ross came out and solved issue quickly, kept place clean, and had fix installed within 30 minutes. Brilliant overall!
My engineer, Scott, has just left after installing a washing machine for me. There was a machine already in place, which he removed. The installation was a bit tricky due to things beyond my knowledge (!), but Scott persevered and has left the new machine now working perfectly! Booking was super easy via their website and I was kept notified about the time of visit etc.
