Made appointment online. I chose an Friday appointment. I received a reminder the evening before and a text message to confirm the arrival time of the engineer (Scott). Unfortunately Scott did not have the required part but I was able to make an appointment for the following week. I chose to be informed if an earlier slot became available, which it did.
Scott diagnosed the problems with my Neff built in oven I was then given cost for repair by the company. The whole process for proceeding was so easy online and I did appreciate the level of communication from Lothian Domestics thereafter. Scott’s attributes of professionalism, politeness, punctuality and great knowledge imbued confidence for me the consumer.
The complete booking service was fast and accurate, including the update messages. Paul, the engineer, arrived exactly when anticipated and was highly professional in his approach to our problem washing machine. (I an a fully qualified engineer so I feel able to appreciate these things). Paul diagnosed the problem quickly and had the required part in his van, which was ideal.
Ross arrived on time as scheduled through the app and completed the job quickly and neatly.
Engineer Steven was on time, resolved issue rapidly without any problems. Also gave advice on the washing machine schedules as well as some handy tips on maintenance.
Ross was excellent, arrived as advised by voicemail and text. He was polite and very customer focused.
