The complete booking service was fast and accurate, including the update messages. Paul, the engineer, arrived exactly when anticipated and was highly professional in his approach to our problem washing machine. (I an a fully qualified engineer so I feel able to appreciate these things). Paul diagnosed the problem quickly and had the required part in his van, which was ideal.
Communication from "the office" was excellent. Engineer [Scott] explained my issue in plain English and was very personable. It only took a couple of days to obtain the spare part and I was able get a return appointment immediately. Would use them again.
