The engineer Paul was quick and tidy, explained what had been done clearly. The overall customer service was excellent including clear ongoing communication about appointment slots and likely engineer arrival
Ross was so friendly, polite , professional, no questions I asked were a bother for him, really knowledgable and informative . Fixed the issue too and was able to explain clearly what the issue was, how to fix it and once fixed showed it was working ! Really efficient ! Hopefully not but if ever have an issue with machine again hope he is the engineer who arrives!
Scott, our engineer, arrived on time and explained in detail, showing us the repair he was carrying out, a replacement fan oven heating element. He was friendly and even went the extra mile to show us the possible source of a problem on our dishwasher. He was friendly and professional to a fault.
