He explained in detail what the job would entail to fix my machine and carried out the work with great expertise. My washing machine now works perfectly. He tested the machine prior to leaving and explained exactly what had been repaired.

Excellent, the engineer was really brilliant, very clear in his explanation of the issue and resolving it, would not hesitate in recommending.
Great set up everything was really easy to book an appointment online . And tell them the problem and pick a date and a time that suited you . Ross was a pleasant man that came to fix my dishwasher and explained everything well . The day he came out to fix the machine you also got an update when they were arriving.
